You will need the exact size of your foot (length and width), as well as information about the presence or absence of medical contraindications to shoes with flat soles - this is especially important when ordering children's felt boots. The customer is responsible for the accuracy of the information provided.

The provided design layout must not violate the exclusive rights of third parties to the results of intellectual activity or means of individualization. The customer independently verifies the absence of such violations and is responsible for this.

Payment is made in advance in full after agreeing on all the terms of the order, terms and possibility of production, as well as issuing an invoice.

The production time for an individual order depends on the complexity of the design - the design is applied manually, as well as on the availability of raw materials from the supplier and seasonal workload.
