User agreement
Please read this agreement carefully.
This agreement, hereinafter “Agreement”, is concluded between the online store Valenkisever.com (address on the Internet https://valenkisever.ru/), further “online store” or “site”, and user of the services of an online store, then “buyer”, determining the conditions for the purchase of goods through the site.
1. Basic provisions
1.1. This Agreement is concluded between the buyer and the online store at the time of placing the order. The buyer confirms his consent with the conditions established by this Agreement, by establishing a mark (checkmark) in the column “I read the terms of the agreement and agree with them” when placing an order or registration on the site.
1.2. This Agreement, as well as information about the product presented on the site, is a public offer in accordance with Article 435 and Part 2 of Article 437 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation.
1.3. The provisions of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation on retail purchase and sale are applied to relations between the buyer and the online store (§ 2 Chapter 30), as well as the Law of the Russian Federation “On Protection of Consumer Rights” dated 07.02.1992 No. 2300-1 and other legal acts adopted in accordance with them.
1.4. The buyer can be any individual or legal entity capable of accepting and paying for the goods ordered by him in the manner and on the conditions established by this Agreement.
1.5. The online store reserves the right to amend this Agreement.
1.6. This Agreement should be considered in the form that it is published on the site and should be applied and interpreted in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation.
2. Product Information
2.1. The goods are presented on the site through photo-figures who are the property of the online store.
2.2. Each photo-image is accompanied by textual information: model number, price and description of the goods.
2.3. At the request of the buyer, the manager of the online store is obliged to provide (by phone, through Skype or through e-mail) additional information necessary and sufficient, from the point of view of the buyer, to make a decision on the purchase of goods.
2.4. The price of the goods indicated on the site can be changed by the online store unilaterally.
2.5. In the case of changing the price of the goods ordered by the buyer, the manager of the online store immediately informs the buyer about this (by phone, through Skype or through e-mail) to obtain confirmation or cancellation of the order. If it is impossible to contact the buyer, this order is considered canceled.
3. Procedure for purchasing goods
3.1. The buyer has the right to place an order for any product presented on the site. Each product can be ordered in any quantity. The order can be placed by the buyer independently on the site.
3.2. After placing an order through the site, a letter confirming the acceptance of the order is sent to the buyer to e-mail, indicating the names of the selected goods and the total order of the order, which is an integral part of this Agreement.
3.3. In the absence of goods in the warehouse, the manager of the online store is obliged to inform the buyer about this (by phone, through Skype or through e-mail).
3.4. In the absence of goods, the buyer has the right to replace it with another product or cancel the order.
3.5. The buyer has the right to refuse the ordered goods at any time until it is sent to the buyer, informing the online store in advance (by phone, through Skype or through e-mail).
4. Delivery of goods, terms
4.1. Delivery of goods ordered in the online store, in an agreed quantity and assortment, is carried out by the service of the Russian Post express delivery service or other companies authorized by the site.
4.2. The costs of delivery of the goods are indicated on the order of the order.
4.3. The online store is not responsible for delays in the work of the Express delivery service “DPD, CDEK, Russian Post” and cannot affect the speed of mail delivery
5. Payment of goods
5.1. Payment of goods is made in rubles through the payment services offered by the buyer on the site.
